# Finlly

> Finlly (finlly.ai) is an AI-powered financial research copilot for stock analysis and investment research. It scores assets with a deterministic engine, explains every factor behind the score, writes an investment thesis with explicit invalidation triggers, and monitors a watchlist automatically so users know the moment their thesis breaks.

Finlly reads data; it does not predict prices and does not give personalized financial advice. When it cannot cover an asset, it says so instead of guessing.

Key facts:

- **AI Score (0–100):** six factors, each scored 0–100 on its own metrics, multiplied by fixed weights and summed. Same inputs, same score, every time.
- **Factor weights:** Financial Quality 35%, Growth 25%, Momentum 15%, Sentiment 15%, Valuation 5%, Macro Risk 5%.
- **Verdict bands:** Favorable 70–100, Neutral 45–69, Unfavorable 0–44.
- **Explainability:** every factor shows the raw metric, how it was calculated, its factor score, the points it contributed, and a plain-language sentence.
- **Investment thesis:** each analysis includes invalidation triggers written as measurable conditions (for example "services growth falls below 8%").
- **Monitoring:** covered assets are re-scored on a schedule; material changes become alerts graded Info, Warning or Critical.
